While working for Grand Management Services, I managed over $140M in property assets consisting of commercial and multi-family projects. I oversaw all of aspects of property acquisitions, sales, construction projects, and contract negotiations. My role included working closely with financial institutions, public accounts, insurance companies, and attorney firms to address legal and financial matters. Additionally, I reconciled rent payments and analyzed market trends. 	A few key accomplishments while in this role includes:•Spearheaded a $26MM commercial project. This consisted of presenting market analysis, neighborhood potential, stable rental incomes, and high growth business returns long term. •Effectively negotiated over 180 real estate projects that led the company from a small family business into a successful corporate project development organization. •Secured key investors by presenting financial and competitive analysis on each project, as well as revenue projections and project timelines.

While working as an Accountant and an Auditor, I was responsible for compiling, analyzing, and presenting financial information as it performed against actual budget items. I maintained complex records, reconciled accounts, and prepared financial statements. My role included evaluating business operations, trends, costs, and revenues, as well as finalizing AR, AP, and payroll. Additionally, I handled all calculations of taxes owed and filing of final returns. A couple of key accomplishments while in this role includes:•Instrumental in presenting key information to customers to show the value of working with the firm and the wide array of services offered. •Effective in communicating with key decision makers and stakeholders to negotiate positive results for both sides.
