Andrea Duarte is a Guatemalan professional with extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition processes across various multinational companies. Some of her main strengths include devising and executing recruitment strategies for effective mass recruitment, selection and talent retention, and working collaboratively with high-performing teams to achieve positive results. She has studied several degree programs in Guatemala and earned a master's degree in Human Resource Management from Aden Business School.
