Hired to organize a Benefit Concert for a Nonprofit organization empowering children with serious illnesses and their families through inclusive camp and recreational experiences, while simultaneously inspiring confidence, joy, building community and connection. The contract ended abruptly due to funding challenges resulting in event cancellation.
•	Created a Benefit Concert timeline with all details to ensure a successful event.
•	Worked with Marketing Team to determine theme and timing on marketing communications (i.e. emails, printed materials, website, etc.).
•	Trained on Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT, a nonprofit CRM Software built for fundraisers to determine how the organization was to utilize the Events Module.
•	Trained by Finance Team on Ramp, a finance automation platform designed to save time and money.
•	Created event planning training documentation (i.e. site visit questions, marketing, communication templates, technology training, etc.)
•	Attended meeting for development, marketing and organization.
•	Assisted with Grant Mailings.

Event Coordinator

Managed all event (i.e., Galas, Golf Outings, Women Build Meetups, Home Dedications, Groundbreakings, 
etc.) details for this Nonprofit organization, focused on improving lives and building decent affordable 
homes for low-income families. Gala Fundraiser generated over $307,000 net revenue with a total of 200 
paid attendees compared to year previous with only $187,000 and 177 paid attendees. Golf Outing 
Fundraiser raised over $220,000 net revenue compared to $145,000 year prior, which is a 65% increase 
year-over-year.
● Created process documentation, run of show and programs to help with event flow and timelines.
● Acquired vendor proposals, while providing full transparency.
● Collaborated with communications staff to promote events and provide insight for marketing material (i.e., social media posts, invitations, websites, signage, etc.)
● Communicated with donors and sponsors to encourage participation in Nonprofit events and gain feedback following events.
● Manages to effectively coordinate events within budget allocations.
● Facilitate event debrief meetings to reflect with the team on events and ways to improve success for future events.
