Holding a Master's degree in Product Design from the University of Lisbon, André excels in utilizing design thinking to drive product innovation. He founded INNGAGE, a design company specializing in strategic product design that enhances both user experiences and business performance. In addition to leading INNGAGE, he imparts his knowledge as a Product Design educator at the University of Lisbon and is a sought-after speaker on design thinking and innovation processes.
