Andre Fox Wilson Sr. is an accomplished, results-driven professional with over 20 years of experience in investment banking, marketing, and business management. Wilson Sr. is a double major graduate in Finance and Marketing from New York University (NYU). Upon graduation, he started working as an investment banker at Prudential Financial, where he rapidly promoted to mergers and acquisitions, which involved overseeing the acquisition of companies for the portfolio businesses such as Johnson & Johnson, Proctor & Gamble, Unilever, GE, among others.
After relocating to Arizona, Wilson Sr. started his marketing company, Altima Business Solutions, which as grown into a full-service firm that helps startups and small-to-medium-sized companies scale by empowering management to focus on what moves their brand's needle. In his long tenure as a business guru, he has helped secure over $400 million worth of capital for businesses through his trusted network of lenders and investors, ranging from banks, alternative lenders, VC, corporate ventures, and private equity firms.
Aside from being a former nationally ranked amateur kickboxer and basketball player, Wilson Sr. is the Director of the Board for the National Kidney Foundation of Arizona and has also served on the advisory board member at Zero Electric Vehicles Inc., former Venture Devils Mentor at Arizona State University, Funding Executive at Altima Business Marketplace, among other prestigious roles. He has declared 2018 the year of collaboration at Altima Business, with a goal of lifting up at least 50 businesses through collaboration.
