André Luiz Lopes dos Santos

André dos Santos is a lawyer with a Master's degree in Political and Economic Law from Mackenzie University in São Paulo. His expertise lies in Consumer Law, Regulatory Law, Self-regulation, Ombudsmen, Governance, and Stakeholder/Client Relationships.

With a background in various areas of law and communication, André offers consulting services and corporate training in Consumer Law, Regulatory Compliance, Self-regulation, Ombudsman practices, Governance, and Stakeholder Relationship Management.

He is a seasoned professional with teaching experience at FIA Business School and Withlab, specializing in areas related to Consumer Rights, Regulatory Compliance, Self-regulation, Governance, and Stakeholder Management.

André's educational journey includes a Bachelor's degree in Law and additional studies in areas such as Stakeholder Management, Communication Strategies, Marketing, Justice, Sustainable Development, Data Protection, and Conflict Management, among others.

Throughout his career, André has held various roles including being a Partner and Director at Autorall Comunicação, a Professor at FIA Business School, Director of DPDC/SENACON/MJ at the Ministry of Justice, Consultant at PNUD Brasil and UNESCO, Legal Consultant at ACREFI, and Director of Customer Relations and Self-regulation at FEBRABAN, among others.

He has also served as the Chief Advisor of the Executive Directorate at Fundação PROCON SP, Ombudsman at the Secretariat of Justice and Citizenship of the State of São Paulo, and holds a wealth of experience in Legal Consulting and Regulatory Affairs within the Brazilian and international contexts.
