André Calado is a seasoned marketing professional with years of experience in product and digital management, as well as new business and retail. He holds a bachelor's degree in management from New Bulgarian University, a master's degree in marketing from ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa, and a post-graduation certificate in digital marketing and analytics from NOVA IMS Information management school.

Calado began his career as a marketing assistant at Matrix at L'Oréal and went on to become a product manager and digital manager at L'Oréal Professionnel, where he was responsible for launching new products and overseeing marketing campaigns. He also worked as the new business and retail manager for L'Oréal and managed key accounts for the company.

Aside from his professional experience, Calado was also actively involved in extracurricular activities throughout his education. He served as the coordinator and cooperator of the recreational section at AEISCTE-IUL and even tried his hand in acting as part of mISCuTEm.
