Andra Nuta is a versatile Program Leader and Community Builder with over a decade of experience in building programs within startup ecosystems.

With a background in program and community management, marketing, and operations across B2B and B2C companies, Andra has honed a robust skill set for executing high-impact projects.

Currently serving as the Startup Program Manager at Aiven, Andra oversees the startup program's expansion, managing operations, customer success, marketing, events, content creation, and strategic direction to promote the adoption of the Aiven open-source data platform among early-stage startups.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Andra is a committed learner and an active participant in climate advocacy, having volunteered with Climate Changemakers for grassroots campaigns and completed the Terra.do Learning for Action course focusing on climate science, impacts, and solutions.

Andra's primary interests within the climate space include resilience, decarbonization, climate justice, activism, and climate communication.

She is also a certified Transformational Coach and has provided coaching to over 30 entrepreneurs, guiding them on goal setting and achieving work-life harmony.

Andra's academic background includes studies at Terra.do, a diploma in Transformational Coaching from Animas Centre for Coaching, and a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in European Studies from De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences, where she also served as an exchange student at Glasgow Caledonian University.

Having held key roles in various renowned organizations such as Aiven, Entrepreneur First, Techstars, Le Wagon, and Rockstart, Andra has demonstrated her expertise in program management, community building, and event organization.

Her extensive experience encompasses diverse positions ranging from Marketing Program Manager to Community Regional Manager, Events Lead, and Co-Organizer, reflecting her versatility and leadership in the startup and tech industry.
