Andi Weber

Andi Thurston is an experienced sales professional and CX consultant who is committed to enhancing workplace diversity and inclusion. With a background in psychology and women's and gender studies, she has developed a strong social conscience and a passion for creating healthy company cultures. Currently working with Kustomer, a transformative brand in the customer service industry, Andi empowers CX organizations to operate efficiently and effectively. She has also previously held sales and management roles at ArchiveSocial, Syncfusion, Taylor's Wine Shop, and Urban Outfitters. When she's not busy with work, Andi can be found headbanging to metal, parenting dogs, cats, and a tarantula, and planning a pandemic wedding.
