Andars holds a Master's degree in IT Computer Science and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from Latvijas Universitate. His academic background has equipped him with a strong foundation in technology and IT principles.

Throughout his career, Andars has held key roles in notable organizations. He currently serves as the CTO at AndIT Solutions, bringing his wealth of experience to drive technological advancements. Previously, he has worked as a Consultant at Lattelecom, Manager of Presales and Professional Services at OpusCapita, Technical Project Manager at OpusCapita, Manager of IT and Development at DELFI Latvia, IT Helpdesk at Topnordic, and IT Director at SMART Industries/Service.
