She obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Babes-Bolyai University, Faculty of Psychology and Education Sciences. Her educational background has equipped her with valuable knowledge and skills in the field.

Currently, she serves as the HR Manager at Salt & Pepper - Digital Company, where she plays a crucial role in the company's human capital management. Prior to this role, she gained experience as the HR Manager at Freshbyte, illustrating her ability to excel in leadership positions.

Before joining Salt & Pepper, Anda Tot worked at Fortech, where she held the positions of Jr. HR Processes Responsible and IT Recruiter. Her experience at Fortech allowed her to develop a deep understanding of HR processes and recruitment in the IT sector. Additionally, she gained valuable insights into recruitment strategies during her time as a Jr. Recruiter at Sykes Enterprises, Inc., where she also started her career as a Recruitment Trainee.
