    Dr. Anbrasi Edward is a full-time faculty member at the Johns Hopkins School of Public Health, specializing in quality assurance management, health care management, and primary health care.

    With over two decades of experience in project development, health systems research, and evaluation, she has collaborated with esteemed organizations such as the World Bank, WHO regional centers, DFID, PAHO, and various USAID supported agencies.

    Throughout her career, Dr. Edward has worked on projects like the Quality Assurance Project, BASICS II, Management Sciences for Health, John Snow Inc, and several PVOs like World Vision, World Relief, Plan International, International Aid, and Aga Khan.

    As a member of the Center for Refugee and Disaster Studies, she has conducted research and evaluation in post-conflict countries such as South Sudan, Mozambique, Rwanda, and Mindanao, Philippines.

    Notably, Dr. Edward has devoted a decade to evaluating health systems in Afghanistan and has a keen interest in research on primary health care.

    Her contributions extend to national health systems capacity building initiatives in countries like India, Nepal, Cambodia, Kenya, Uganda, Zambia, Tanzania, Malawi, and Honduras.

    She has also participated in health system assessment policy meetings in Cuba and El Salvador.

    Dr. Edward pursued her education at The Johns Hopkins University, acquiring a PhD, MPH, and MBA.

    Prior to her current position, she served as an Associate Scientist and Scientist at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.

    She is widely respected for her expertise and dedication to advancing public health initiatives globally.
