Anatoly Levenchuk

Anatoly Levenchuk is a policy adviser with a wide range of expertise in strategy consulting, systems engineering, engineering management methodology, technology management, and more. He holds memberships in prestigious organizations such as ACM, SIGSOFT, and INCOSE, where he has served as a research director and past president of the INCOSE Russian Chapter.

Anatoly Levenchuk has been actively involved in academia, delivering lectures on 'Systems Thinking' and 'Systems Engineering Practices' at PhysTech University since 2012. His areas of specialization include standardization, theory of constraints, Austrian economics, community building, PLM, and ontology-based data integration.

Anatoly Levenchuk pursued his MS in Chemistry at Southern Federal University (formerly Rostov State University) and has since held key positions in various organizations. He has served as the Head of Science at the Systems Management School and as the President at TechInvestLab.ru, showcasing his leadership and expertise in the field.

Anatoly Levenchuk has also contributed to the field of commercial engineering, having been the President and Owner at the Institute for Commercial Engineering. Additionally, he has a strong background in project management, having worked as a project manager at the Institute of Law-Based Economy (ILBE). With a diverse skill set and a wealth of experience, Anatoly Levenchuk continues to make significant contributions to the fields of systems engineering, technology management, and organization/enterprise engineering.
