Anat Eyal is a highly experienced professional with over 20 years of successful enterprise product delivery.

She has a strong track record in leading high-performance teams across various locations and adapting development processes for different scenarios like startup, incubation, acquisition, and managing global development teams.

Her expertise spans security, databases, networking, distributed computing, storage, and file systems.

Anat's educational background includes a Postdoc from the University of Pennsylvania, Ph.D., M.Sc., and B.Sc. from Tel Aviv University.

Throughout her career, Anat has held key positions in renowned organizations such as Red Hat, IBM, EMC, Microsoft, and Exanet, demonstrating a diverse and rich professional journey.

She currently serves as the Global Director of Software Engineering at Red Hat in the OpenShift Container Storage division.

Prior to this, she was the Program Director at IBM for the NVMe Competency Center and XIV, Flash & Cloud Storage teams, managing large groups of software engineers.

Anat has also led software engineering teams at EMC/ScaleIO, was a Principal Development Manager at Microsoft, and held management roles at Exanet.
