Anastasia Zabotina is a highly educated and experienced HR professional with a master's degree in finance management from the Finance Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation. With a school of marketing and business development certificate and a bachelor's degree in economics from Lomonosov Moscow State University, Zabotina has excelled in various HR roles, including head of recruitment and adaptation at Svyaznoy, head of recruitment at Intesa Sanpaolo, and head of professional recruitment at Russian Standard Bank.
