Senior Product Manager, Growth 🚀

I co-founded an advocacy group with the goal of getting Fulton County, GA to fund a new animal shelter. My co-founder and I wrote a petition that received 39,000+ signatures and garnered the attention of local media. We were later joined by three additional team members.

We engaged thousands of petition supporters and local animal advocates through social media campaigns, write-in campaigns, in-person commissioner meetings, and segments on local media outlets. In addition to driving support, we worked with a specialized architecture firm on preliminary shelter plans.

In November 2019, our efforts resulted in Fulton County Commissioners voting to unanimously to fund a new 40 million dollar animal shelter. On December 2, 2023 we finally achieved our goal when the new 50,000 sq ft state-of-the art facility opened it's doors.

- Fully owned complex product and analytics projects for some of the firm's largest accounts (Amazon, UPMC, Wawa, Amica, etc.)
- Set KPIs, gathered data, created methodologies, and implemented growth strategies
- Defined methodology for/gathered consumer insights through quantitative/qualitative research
- Set direction for acquisition & retention programs, optimized product metrics via experiments 
- Transitioned between defining high-level strategy to running day-to-day implementation
- Mentored and managed junior team members on projects and workstreams
- Worked and managed relationships with clients and senior stakeholders
