Anastasia Karpenko

Anastasia Karpenko is a highly educated professional with a strong background in Human Resource Management and Psychology.

She holds a Master's degree in Psychology from Kyiv National Linguistic University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from National Aviation University.

Anastasia also studied Human Resource Management at the Institute of Retraining and Professional Development of National Pedagogical Dragomanov University.

Her career journey includes roles such as Human Resources Specialist at K&C (Krusche & Company), Tech Recruiter at HR Network Club, and Course Coordinator at DevOpsology during her maternity leave.

Additionally, she has experience as a Freelance Recruiter, Human Resources Generalist, Head of HR Department, and Recruitment Specialist at various organizations.

Anastasia has also served as a Lecturer of Psychology at the College of Open International University of Human Development 'Ukraine'.
