Ananya Dugar

Ananya Dugar is a driven individual who recognized that success is not solely dependent on intelligence and hard work, but also on mentorship, networking, and a growth mindset. As a response to this realization, Ananya created the Rising High podcast channel to connect youngsters with CEOs and leading entrepreneurs. Through this platform, she aims to share insights on their journeys, failures, and advice to help pave the way for a successful career.

Ananya pursued a double major in Sociology and Visual Arts at Franklin & Marshall College, where she discovered her passion for business was missing. This led her to delve into management, finance, and entrepreneurship, both in the classroom and through real-world business endeavors like her podcast.

Rising High features a diverse range of speakers, from Tech Gurus like Ned Sahin, the developer of technology for Google Glasses, to successful entrepreneurs like David Seeherman, who sold his fashion accessory brand to a multinational corporation. Ananya's podcast targets individuals who are ambitious and determined to succeed.

Ananya's educational background includes studying at Mallya Aditi International School, Franklin & Marshall College, and Eckerd College. She has also been involved in various organizations and roles, such as a researcher at Franklin & Marshall College, founder, and host of the Rising High Podcast, and a member of YPO's Next Generation (YNG) among other internship positions.
