Anandha Krishnan is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in creating large-scale distributed object applications, integrating disparate systems, and providing premium technical consulting to startups and SMEs.

He co-founded MavenHive in 2012 to deliver top-notch technical consulting services with a focus on quality and flexibility. Anandha's interests lie in technical product development, niche domain delivery, training, and mentoring on software delivery practices like XP and Object-Oriented Software development.

His specialties include web development on Ruby/Rails, working on large projects with small teams, test automation, build and deployment techniques, mentoring teams in Agile/XP, and technical product development.

Anandha Krishnan has a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Science from Visvesvaraya Technological University and received his primary and secondary education from Kendriya Vidyalaya.

He has held various roles in organizations like Navi, MavenHive, Ennova, and ThoughtWorks, where he worked as a senior technical trainer, director, freelance Rails developer, and consultant.
