Anand Rajan

Anand Rajan is a highly accomplished professional with a strong educational background and extensive experience in various organizations. He pursued his Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in General Management from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, complementing his Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Science from Thiagarajar College of Engineering.

Anand has held significant roles in several organizations, showcasing his expertise and leadership. Currently, he serves as a Platform and Growth Advisor at EkStep Foundation, a role that allows him to contribute strategic insights and propel growth initiatives. Prior to this, he co-founded an Agtech Startup and provided technical advisory services, displaying his entrepreneurial spirit and technological acumen.

Anand has a rich history with IBM, where he served in various key positions, including Program Director & WW Technical Manager at the Global Systems Integrator Lab, Senior Practice Manager for Smarter Commerce & Performance at India Software Labs, Practice Manager for Application Integration Practice, and Deployment Manager for Enterprise Licenses in the Software Group (SWG). His tenure at IBM reflects his expertise in technology, management, and strategic leadership.

Before his IBM experience, Anand was involved in consulting and technology roles at organizations like Covansys, Bank One Corporation, and Hindustan Lever Limited. His diverse background in product & performance consulting, technology consultancy, and program management demonstrates his versatility and adaptability in different industries and functions.
