Anand Desai is an accomplished IT professional with over 17 years of experience managing production projects for leading banks such as Morgan Stanley, Lehman Brothers, UBS, and Citibank NA. He has extensive technical knowledge in UNIX, Perl, Sybase, DevOps, and Agile methodology, and automation tooling. Anand has successfully set up Global Support teams and defined ITIL processes for Service Design, Service Transition, and Service Operation. He excels in managing full ITIL lifecycles of incidents, from tracking to monitoring to escalation and resolution until closure, and oversees level 1, 2, and 3 application support activities. Anand has been excellent with onboarding new applications successfully and migrating them from captive to outsourced models. He excels at transitioning projects between vendors, including selecting resources, training and onboarding, and setting up ITIL processes.
