Anabel Fall is a highly educated professional with a diverse academic background and extensive experience in various prominent organizations.

Anabel pursued her education at several prestigious institutions, including Käthe Kollwitz Gymnasium, London School of Economics, Universität St. Gallen-Hochschule für Wirtschafts-, Rechts- und Sozialwissenschaften, and CEMS - The Global Alliance in Management Education.

Her educational achievements include a BSc and MSc in Management, as well as a CEMS Master's in International Management, showcasing her dedication to continuous learning and specialization.

Anabel has held key leadership roles in prominent organizations, including Zühlke Group, where she serves as the Chief People Officer (CPO) and a Member of the Group Executive Committee (GEX). Prior to this, she demonstrated her expertise as the Group Head of People Innovation and Transformation at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd.

Her professional journey also includes notable positions such as Global Head of Performance and Incentive Architecture, Group Head of Talent Management at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd, Head of Talent Management at Majid Al Futtaim, MEO Director of CSS Personnel at McKinsey & Company, and Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company.
