Ana Rodriguez

Ana Maria Rodriguez is the Chief Executive Officer of Arena Capital LLC, a Miami-based commercial real estate investment company founded in 2002. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, she has developed a strong background in banking and investor relations. Her career began in the family business and later included significant roles at Nomura Securities and J.P. Morgan Investment Management (JPMIM) in New York. At Nomura, she was part of the commercial real estate banking team, while at JPMIM, she oversaw a portfolio valued at over $15 billion across multi-family and retail properties.14

Rodriguez holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Babson College and is a member of several professional organizations, including the Urban Land Institute and the National Multifamily Housing Council. Additionally, she serves on the board of the NextGen for Chapman Partnership for the homeless and is involved with Big Brothers Big Sisters.124

At Arena Capital, Rodriguez focuses on acquiring and repositioning multi-family and retail properties, employing a strategy that targets off-market deals requiring fresh capital investment. Under her leadership, the firm has acquired over 1,000 apartments and more than 500,000 square feet of retail space.13
