Ana Raquel Calháu Pereira

Ana Raquel Calháu Pereira is a co-founder and CEO of NexAtlas, a Growth Strategist, and a TEDx Speaker.

With a background in Systems Information with a focus on Entrepreneurship from the Federal University of Itajubá, Ana is a seasoned professional in the startup ecosystem.

She served as the Coordinator of LAB001, a startup pre-acceleration program at the Federal University of Itajubá, and as an official mentor for the Startup Founder program at Udacity.

Ana has been recognized for her entrepreneurial achievements, being a finalist in various awards such as the Globant Awards, Vortex 2022 Founder of the Year, FINEP's Women Innovators, and Women in Tech Latam awards.

As a dedicated mentor, she has supported over 150 startups in business creation, pitch development, and growth hacking across two countries.

Through NexAtlas, Ana excelled in startup acceleration programs like SEED in Brazil, securing the 3rd place in Start-Up Chile, and being among the Top 10 traveltech startups in the 100 Open Startups initiative.

Her entrepreneurial journey includes notable recognitions like being selected as one of the 10 finalists in the Thought For Food global challenge and graduating from the prestigious Y Combinator's Startup School.

Ana's educational accomplishments extend to certifications in Venture Deals from Kauffman Fellows, Building and Managing Resilient Teams from the University of Chicago, and completion of the MBA Essentials program at the London School of Economics and Political Science.

She has held various key positions in different organizations, ranging from CEO and Co-Founder roles to Growth Strategist, Innovation Agent, and Marketing Director positions.
