Ana holds a Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, complemented by technical education in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Centro Federal de Educação Tecnológica de Minas Gerais.

Her professional journey includes roles such as Scrum Master at Localiza and Agile Master, Team Lead of Global Customer Support, Team Lead of Customer Support - Rock Stage, Process Analyst, Digital Projects Management Associate, and Digital Projects Management Intern at Rock Content.
