Ana Lobo Xavier

Ana Lobo Xavier is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in the venture capital and private equity industry, specializing in fundraising, valuation, corporate finance, and negotiation.

She holds a degree in Licenciatura em Gestão Empresas from Universidade do Minho and has an extensive background in managing early-stage companies as well as divestitures and portfolio management.

Throughout her career, Ana has held key roles in various organizations, including Partner at Kigeni Holdings Limited and Non-Executive Board Member at multiple companies such as beamian, Agri Marketplace, EGG Electronics, and many others.

Prior to her board positions, Ana served as the Senior Investment Manager at Portugal Ventures and held management roles at AICEP Capital Global, SCR, SA, ANI | Agência Nacional de Inovação, Fábrica Malhas Iver, SA, and Confecções Guima, SA.
