Ana Karakusevic is a versatile and experienced individual, with a professional background that encompasses a variety of fields, such as counselling, coaching, journalism, leadership development, and organisational consultancy. Ana started her academic journey by pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree at the Belgrade University College of Philology, followed by a Bachelor of Arts degree at the Belgrade University Drama Academy. Later, she obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychosynthesis Counselling from The Psychosynthesis Trust in London, UK, and an MSc from Lancaster University. Throughout her career, Ana has worked with different organisations, including the BBC, Roffey Park Institute, and Self Employed, in roles such as News Editor, Change Manager, and OD and Change Consultant.

Ana's passion lies in facilitating, designing, and supporting individual, team, and organisational development through various forms and multiple pathways and methods. She leverages her natural analytical intelligence, combined with a genuine interest in people and their diverse experiences and skills, to help individuals and teams reach their full potential. She is a skilled psychotherapist and coach who enables people to learn, grow and become more effective in their roles. She has a tireless commitment to bringing equality of power, voice and opportunity to individuals with different backgrounds and experiences.
