With over 15 years of experience in infrastructure and energy, Ana has been involved in various transactions, specializing in project finance, public-private partnerships, and project development, particularly focusing on energy and infrastructure projects in emerging markets. Ana's professional journey includes training at Allen & Overy LLP and work with Fulbright & Jaworski LLP and Trinity International LLP, advising on an array of projects in the energy sector, notably in Sub-Saharan Africa. Ana holds an impressive educational background with qualifications from prestigious institutions such as the University of Oxford, London School of Economics, and University College London.
Ana is the brilliant mind behind Africa GreenCo, where she serves as the Founder & CEO. Africa GreenCo is envisioned as an independent, regional, renewable energy offtaker, designed as a public-private partnership to streamline development, reduce offtake and credit risks, and attract private sector financing for large-scale renewable energy projects. Her leadership was further recognized by the UNECE, appointing her as the Team Leader responsible for developing international renewable energy PPP standards as part of the Sustainable Development Goals agenda.
