Ana Guedes

Ana Guedes is an accomplished professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in organizational psychology, digital transformation, and human resources.

She holds a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology from ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa, where her Master Thesis focused on Entrepreneurship Psychology.

Ana also completed a Digital Transformation Program at Nova School of Business and Economics, further enhancing her skills and knowledge in the field.

Her educational journey includes a Licentiate degree in Psychology with an ERASMUS experience at Libera Università Maria SS. Assunta and another Licentiate degree in Psychology at ISCTE.

In terms of professional experience, Ana Guedes has worked as an IT Business Partner Analyst at Sonae MC, showcasing her expertise in aligning IT strategies with business objectives.

She has also held roles as a Senior Consultant and Consultant in Training & Development at Mercer Jason Associates, where she contributed to organizational growth and employee empowerment.

Prior to that, Ana gained experience as an HR Consultant at CommitConsulting.pt and as a Trainee HR Consultant during a Summer Internship at MY CHANGE - Moving to the Future.
