Ana Ferreira

Ana Ferreira is a Hematologist with a diverse background and a strong commitment to continuous learning and diversity.

With a Licenciatura in Medicine from Universidade Nova de Lisboa and a Master's in Healthcare Management from ISCTE, Ana is currently pursuing an MBA at MIP Politecnico di Milano.

Ana has held various key positions at Novartis, including Region Europe Medical Director for Aml/AdvSM and Region Europe Medical Director for CML.

Prior to her roles at Novartis, Ana gained experience as a Hematologist at Hospital da Luz and Hospital de Santa Maria, and held positions such as Disease Area Manager and Therapeutic Area Head at Novartis Portugal.

Ana is passionate about the power of teams, diversity, and gender equilibrium, and she is known for her dedication to people and her drive to achieve the extraordinary.
