At Johnson & Johnson, Ana served as the Regional Supply Chain Supervisor and later as the E2E Regional Supply Chain Manager for LATAM North Region, where she honed her skills in optimizing operational performance, cost efficiency, inventory management, and project management across various functions including compliance, savings initiatives, and operational enhancements. Her experience also extends to managing manufacturing relocations and driving process improvements in Mexico and the LATAM Region.
