With a focus on late-stage startups primarily in the Series C-E phase with 50-100 personnel in the Engineering organization, Amy specializes in scaling teams, products, and processes to drive organizational growth.

Her passion lies in reviving Engineering team engagement and nurturing Engineering leadership within expanding companies. Amy actively participates in community building initiatives, particularly in Women in Tech and DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging) efforts.
