Amy Tran

Amy Tran is a rising junior at Oakland Technical High School, proficient in Javascript, HTML, and CSS, with a keen interest in business-technology intersections and a future goal of pursuing a degree in computer science.

Currently, Amy serves as the Marketing Project Manager at ReThred Apparel and engages as the Club Secretary of the Oakland Technical Vietnamese Student Association, showcasing her leadership and organizational skills.

Her educational path includes High School Diploma studies in Computer Academy and Paideia Advanced Humanities Pathway at Oakland Technical High School, supplemented by enrollments in specialized courses at Peralta Community College District and programs like Big Data at Berkeley Bootcamp, SWE Mini University, and SPLASH @ Berkeley at UC Berkeley.

Having experience as a Code Next Student Engineer at Google and various roles encompassing economics research, marketing, recruitment, and data science curriculum development, Amy possesses a diverse skill set and exposure to different professional environments.

Outside her academic and professional commitments, Amy enjoys activities like listening to music, playing badminton, and networking with new individuals, creating a well-rounded personality eager to connect and explore new opportunities.
