Amy Thompson

Amy Thompson is a prominent figure in the fitness industry with over 30 years of experience. She currently serves as the Owner and CEO of IDEA Health & Fitness Association, a position she has held since July 2019.3 In April 2024, Thompson was appointed as the Chair of World Active, a global federation for the exercise, fitness, and physical activity industry.1
