Amy Thomason-Richardson

Amy Thomason-Richardson is an experienced director of sales with expertise in the event planning industry. With a decade of experience under her belt, Amy understands the challenges that come with creating an exceptional experience for attendees, while working with a limited budget. Because of this, she founded ETHOS Event Collective as a way to provide support and enhanced technology to help event planners stay up-to-date with the changing needs of their clients.

Amy's background includes a diverse range of positions, which have given her a unique perspective on the industry. Starting as a marketing director and manager, she has worked with several professional organizations, including the California State Fair Cal Expo and the Lonesome Duck Music/Beegum Creek Records. She has also worked in positions of tourism and hospitality, including as Media and Promotions Coordinator at the Calistoga Chamber of Commerce and Visitor Bureau and as the Visitor Center Manager at St. Helena Chamber of Commerce.

Her most recent experience as Director of Sales at ETHOS Event Collective has allowed her to put her expertise to use, helping others in the industry navigate the complexities of putting together a successful event. She also worked in a similar role at 360 Destination Group and served as Director of Event Sales for the CIA California.

Throughout her career, Amy has made it her mission to create an exceptional experience for attendees while also supporting the local community with her events. Her passion for the industry enables her to stay ahead of trends and provide exceptional services to her clients.
