Amy Thomas, an experienced staffing leader with over 15 years of experience in the industry, has a remarkable talent for identifying and developing future leaders. Throughout her career, Amy has supported Fortune 500 companies in critical areas such as Finance & Accounting and Technology, among others. As Managing Director of Talent Acquisition at Signature Consultants, Amy's current responsibilities include overseeing multiple divisions and offices within the Kansas City Metro Area. She has a passion for people, mentoring, and is a staffing industry expert. Her specialties include Strategic Planning, Talent Management, Performance Management, Leadership Training & Development, Talent Acquisition, Thought Leadership, Culture Driver, Change Management, Recruiting Strategies, Sales Strategy, Staffing Services, and establishing efficient revenue generating operations and sales teams.
