Amy Richter is a seasoned leader, who has made the transition from Advertising to Leadership Services. She has led teams at top-tier companies, including 360i, Fitzgerald+CO, and DDB, among others. Amy has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature, General from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.

Amy's passion lies in helping people, teams, and organizations work through the hard stuff that comes with change. She focuses on the intersection of empathy and reality, candor and compassion, integrity and tolerance, courage and vulnerability, and determination and possibilities. Her expertise lies in personal rewiring, helping organizations navigate change, and architecting mindset and behavioral shifts for leaders and teams.

Currently, Amy is a Pathfinder & People Reader at ThinqShift, where she continues to make a positive impact on individuals and organizations. Prior to that, she served as Vice President, Group Account Director at 360i and SVP, Group Account Director at Fitzgerald+CO. She was also the Director of Advertising at Atlanta Braves.
