Amy Nordness

Amy Nordness is a seasoned professional with a strong background in Human Resources and Talent Management. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from the University of Iowa and is an alumna of Libertyville High School.

Amy has held various key roles in leading organizations throughout her career. Currently, she serves as the Chief People Officer at Imanage. Prior to this position, she held the title of Vice President of Human Resources and Head of Human Resources at Fieldglass. Before that, she worked at Hewlett-Packard in several capacities, including Human Resources Director for Americas Sales, Director of Global Workforce Planning and Operations, and Global Talent Strategies and Program Management.

Before her tenure at Hewlett-Packard, Amy Nordness gained valuable experience as an Employee Advocate at Knightsbridge Solutions, Americas Professional Development Manager at IBM, and as a Human Resources Generalist at PwC Consulting. Her diverse professional background demonstrates her expertise in human capital management, strategic workforce planning, and talent development.
