Amy Morgan

Amy Morgan is a highly accomplished professional with a solid educational background and rich experience in the fields of finance, analytics, IT Service Management (ITSM), e-commerce, and consulting. Amy obtained her Master of Business Administration in Finance from San Diego State University and her Bachelor of Arts from Iowa State University.

Throughout her career, Amy has held significant positions in prestigious organizations, showcasing her expertise and leadership abilities. She currently serves as the Chief of Staff at ServiceNow, a prominent ITSM company. Previously, she was the Senior Business Operations Program Manager in charge of Analytics, ITBM, and SAM at the same organization. Prior to her roles at ServiceNow, Amy worked as a Principal Consultant at Intreis, exemplifying her consulting skills.

Additionally, Amy has gained valuable experience in managerial positions, having been the Manager of E-commerce and Customer Portal at UTC Aerospace Systems. Prior to that, she held the role of Senior Consultant at both Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc., and A F Ferguson & Co., where she contributed her expertise in various consulting projects.
