Amy Meservey

Amy Meservey is an accomplished Employee Education Director with over twenty years of diversified experience in the industry. She currently heads systems training and the development of new training programs at Jon-Don. Amy has trained and educated more than 300 new employees, and offers continuous training to the current staff. Her passion for teaching, breaking down difficult tasks to understandable pieces, is what makes her exceptional. Amy studied English Language and Literature at the University of Iowa, where she earned a Bachelor's degree and Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. She has held several key positions, including store manager at County Seat. Amy brings a wealth of experience and an unbridled passion for teaching to her role as Employee Education Director. Notably, she believes that a bit of fun and creativity during training can make an incredible difference in employee retention.
