Amy Lee Sewell, PHR, SHRM-CP, is a well-rounded Human Resources Generalist with over 10 years of experience in full cycle recruiting, talent management, employee relations, training and development, and benefit communication. She holds a degree from Kansas State University and has worked for top-tier companies such as Lockton Affinity, Best Buy, and NPC International.

Currently, Amy serves as AVP-Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor at Lockton Texas, where she specializes in identifying passive candidates, planning company events, and strategic career planning.
