Amy Hukin is a highly experienced HR Professional and transformation expert, with a focus on change management, organizational design, talent management, and talent development. With a wealth of experience working with local, national, and global organizations, she is passionate about improving workforce effectiveness and ensuring sustainable performance outcomes. Amy is a qualified SFIA accredited consultant and PRINCE II practitioner, and she holds accreditations in Level A & B testing (including MBTI, FIRO-B Elements, OPQ, Motivation Questionnaire, and more). She is an expert in organizational psychology, job analysis, and communications, and has authored several publications on the subject. Amy holds a BSc degree in Psychology from the University of Leeds, and an MSc in Occupational Psychology from The University of Sheffield. She currently works as a Management Consultant - People and Organizational Effectiveness at Korn Ferry, having previously worked for PA Consulting Group, Mendas Ltd., Tribal Group, and NPIA (Centrex).
