Amy Henry

Amy Henry, CPA, is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse background in corporate law, financial strategy, and accounting.

She holds a Juris Doctorate in Corporate Law from Albany Law School of Union University, a Post Grad Diploma in Financial Strategy from the University of Oxford - Said Business School, and a BBA in Accounting from the University of Houston, C.T. Bauer College of Business.

Amy Henry is the CEO and Co-Founder of Eunike Ventures and has served in various leadership roles, including being a former Board Member at TiE Houston and owning Henry CPA Group.

With a strong foundation in finance and strategy, Amy has held positions such as Founder and Managing Director at MH Energy Advisors Ltd, Head of Americas & West Africa Asset Management at PETRONAS, CFO of E&P Unconventional Energy at PETRONAS, and Senior Manager at Ernst & Young in National Tax Performance Advisory.

Her experience also includes roles at Shell Gas & Power B.V. where she served as Snr Global Business Planning Advisor, Global Controller for Shell Unconventional Resource Energy, and business advisor in Planning, Strategy & Portfolio.

Prior to that, she worked at Arthur Andersen, Shell International E&P, as an Independent Consultant at Shell, and in various finance and accounting positions at MOGAS Industries, Inc., McGee Wheeler & Co, and others.
