Amy Hardy

Amy Hardy is an accomplished Associate Creative Director based in Minneapolis with over 14 years of experience ranging from graphic design to retail marketing. Armed with a "Strategy Meets Empathy" approach, Amy believes in tackling any challenge with a passion and a bit of Southern charm. She has worked with several prominent brands such as Target, Great Clips, and Reebok, in addition to non-profits like St.Jude Children's Hospital and International Justice Mission.

Amy's strengths lie in her vast experience in experiential design, strategic vision planning, concepting, art and photo direction and helping her team form a vision. Her attention to detail and process-oriented approach makes her a valuable mentor and team leader.

As an active member of the creative community, Amy has worked with organizations such as Media Loft, design8days, Latitude, Periscope, Target Creative, OLSON, and Anderson Design Group throughout her career. She has developed her skills through leading roles in these organizations, including her most recent position at Latitude as an Associate Creative Director.

Amy has also pursued her entrepreneurial aspirations through her Side Hustle. She designs empowering box kits for families to cherish and shares her love for climbing Mt. Whitney and pizza through her unique interests.
