Amy Greenwood is an accomplished People and Operations leader with a strong background in strategy development, implementation, and team empowerment.

With a wealth of experience at prestigious organizations like Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Amy has honed her skills in business strategy, talent management, data analytics, and learning and development.

Her knack for problem-solving, creativity, and compassionate guidance has made her a valued advisor to companies, organizations, and communities, helping them navigate challenges and drive growth.

Amy's academic journey includes a Ph.D. in Biology from Caltech, where she cultivated the importance of curiosity in the face of uncertainty, alongside a Postdoctoral Fellowship at Harvard University and a B.A. in Molecular Biology from Pomona College.

Throughout her career, Amy has held various impactful roles such as Project Leader, Business Management Director, and Special Projects Director focused on DEI initiatives and people analytics at BCG.
