Amy's career began in a Network Operations Center for a prominent Telecom provider where she successfully implemented ITIL organization-wide before transitioning into the realm of consulting, a move that has shaped her career trajectory.

Currently serving as the Platforms Capability Lead and Managing Director at Accenture Federal Services, Amy leads a team dedicated to revolutionizing the digital landscape of the Federal government and enhancing citizen service delivery through innovative digital platforms.

Amy's passion for her work extends beyond the office, as she finds solace and joy in Rehoboth Beach, spending time with friends, enjoying the local beach scene, and bonding with her rescue pup, Romeo. Her interests also encompass exploring wineries, attending sports games, and planning adventures across the Caribbean, Europe, or Napa Valley.
