•	Develop and execute Omni channel global marketing strategies for the Lauren Brands Group (Lauren and Chaps) that drive sales and enhance the brands’ position in the marketplace across all points of distribution and regions.
•	Partner with PR Team to plan and implement communications strategies to drive awareness, influencer relationships, press materials and outreach, and increase overall relevance of the brands. 
•	Work with licensors (watches, jewelry, outerwear, men’s suiting and swimwear) on all activities surrounding their products including brand strategy, product approvals, promotions, asset needs, and advertising.
