Amy Fazen is an accomplished business leader, consultant, and oceanography expert. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Geology from Colgate University and holds a Masters degree in Oceanography and Business Administration from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and MIT Sloan School of Management, respectively.

Fazen has an extensive professional background, having held key positions in different organizations. She currently serves as the Director of Americas Consultant Campus Recruiting at The Boston Consulting Group, where she oversees the recruitment of top talent for consulting positions. Previously, she held positions such as Vice President of Business Operations at XL Fleet Electrification, Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis at The TJX Companies, and Consultant at Altman Vilandrie & Company. With her extensive experience in the field of management consulting, she is a valuable asset to any organization, providing strategic guidance and advice on critical business decisions.

Fazen's interests are not limited to the corporate world. She has also conducted valuable research as a Research Fellow at the prestigious WHOI/MIT, where she studied the impact of climate change on oceanic environments.
