Amrita Madabushi is a skilled biochemist with a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and a Master's degree in Biological Sciences and Physics. She has a strong background in protein chemistry, molecular biology, cell biology, and structural biology, with extensive experience in the field of DNA repair. Currently, Amrita serves as the Associate Director of Postdoctoral Affairs in the Office of Scientific Director at NIA (NIH), where she focuses on training and networking to assist postdocs in transitioning to their next career phase. With a passion for education, she has over a decade of experience working with undergraduate students, providing them with a comprehensive educational experience encompassing research, networking, internships, and workforce placements.
