Amit U Sinha is a dedicated individual leveraging technology to enhance the field of medicine and healthcare.

With a strong academic background, Amit studied Clinical Investigation at Harvard Medical School, pursued a PhD in Machine learning and genomics at the University of Cincinnati, and holds a BTech in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati.

He started his educational journey in Computer Science at Don Bosco Academy during high school, showcasing a long-standing passion for technology and its applications in various fields.

In his professional journey, Amit has held key roles in prominent organizations, including being the CEO & Founder of Basepair Inc, Interim CTO at HistoWiz, a Visiting Investigator at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, and an Instructor at prestigious institutions like Harvard Medical School and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.

His experience also includes internships at Procter & Gamble Pharmaceuticals, research assistantship at the Cincinnati Childrens Hospital Medical Center, and a summer internship at IIT Bombay, reflecting a diverse exposure to different facets of the industry.

Amit's primary focus lies in utilizing technology to decode next-generation sequencing data effectively. This involves creating user-friendly web applications, robust APIs, visually appealing data visualizations, and harnessing the power of cloud computing to streamline processes in the medical and healthcare domain.
